Information and document needed to move your server with Solacom
We have put together the information and document needed to change your hosting server company to Solacom. If there is anything ambiguous, please contact us using our contact form.
Needed data
The list of email/password you are using on your server
Example: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it /1234 etc
The FTP account password you want to use
Example: 1234
*If your server has multiple ftp account, please send us a list of your ftp user/password.
Files from your website
Image,HTML files, etc.
If you can tell us the information of your present FTP account, we will upload the needed files.
Database dump/backup file
If your site was using a database, please either send us the dump/backup file or teach us your database account information.
Needed documents (documents could differ depending on your server company)
Server setup information
The document indicating your server information that you have received from your old hosting company when you made the contract.
Domain management information
Please inform/send us any of the document that you have in your possession related to your domain registration.
